Leadership Development Programs
Clients who engage Q&A for coaching report increased self-awareness, lower stress levels, increased confidence, more innovative ideas, better decision making and a greater ability to set and achieve goals.
We offer three types of coaching in addition to leadership development programs tailored to your needs.
What if you had a two-person think tank with endless opportunities to propel your career forward? 1:1 Leadership coaching is a powerful and effective way to help managers, leaders and executives excel. I will introduce you to the leadership frameworks to meet your leadership goals. It’s your job to make decisions, think and brainstorm, practice and grow.
Emerging and high potential leaders engage with Q&A when they need to increase their leadership abilities including self-awareness, executive presence, articulating and living their leadership values, addressing blind spots, and working on their mentoring and motivational skills. Senior leaders engage Q&A when they are facing a particularly tough issue where they want an outside expert to help think things through and advise them.
High performing teams produce outstanding results. When tough challenges are introduced, the team jumps into action, develops and executes a strategy that maximizes potential, and builds a strong foundation for continued success. Q&A helps build teams as systems that focus on the team relationships, respecting the strength of each individual.
Programs are custom tailored to each corporate client and can contain a combination of interactive and engaging workshops, team coaching, leadership assessments, and 1:1 coaching.
Rebecca has a particular passion for helping women thrive in organizations. Having worked for two decades in management consulting and information technology, primarily in male-driven corporate cultures, she understands the challenges, political atmosphere, and cultural nuances of large organizations struggling to fully embrace diversity and inclusion. As a management consultant, she has witnessed best practices and avoidable failures at some of the world’s largest corporations, federal government agencies, and healthcare conglomerates. She empathizes with women looking for their great work to be recognized, the ability to break glass ceilings and find talented internal mentors.
Coaching in a small group setting increases self-awareness, provides accountability and gives you the support from a group of like-minded people working to accomplish their goals. Rebecca deeply connects with the women she works with because she understands what it takes to be a female navigating the workforce at all of life’s stages.
Q&A develops leadership development programs that empower employees to be effective managers and workplace leaders. Corporate leadership skills training covers a wide range of topics, including creative problem solving, emotional intelligence, effective communication skills and change management.
Programs are custom tailored to each corporate client and can contain a combination of team coaching, individual leadership assessments, interactive and engaging workshops and 1:1 coaching.
As a high performing individual contributor transitioning to my first senior leadership role, Rebecca was instrumental – vital – to my ability to step into this new position. What was a terrifying proposition at my moment of crisis: Realizing perhaps I didn’t have exactly what I needed to be successful as a manager and leader; was instead an opportunity for monumentous growth in Rebecca’s hands.
She took me from the brink of a burnout poised to see me exit leadership entirely to a curious, adaptable, and committed professional energized by my work and that of my team. She helped me reframe the stumbling blocks in my own mindset and create a framework that allowed me the space to learn in an environment where I felt supported instead of scared. She was empathetic and encouraging, striking the balance between holding me to high expectations while empowering me with the tools to reach them. I truly cannot thank Rebecca enough; working with her was not just “work-changing,” it was life-changing.
Rebecca’s Leadership Program was simply excellent.
Rebecca’s engaging sessions successfully brought together managers and staff from all levels to focus on their development in a constructive and healthy learning environment.
The subject matter and structure are relevant and spot-on for tapping into one’s leadership styles and digging deep into the ways we engage one another (peers and client) in the workplace. The program helps to uncover the why behind one’s behaviors and actions helping to inform better outcomes for the individual and teams alike. The sessions really resonated with the team as evident from the team’s day-to-day application of their learnings throughout the monthly program.
Lastly, I’ll say that it also brought our department closer as a group because of how the program was structured. They had fun learning with each other, making each session something they looked forward to.
Rebecca is incredibly skilled as a coach. She ts a great listener, thinks independently, is able to draw conclusions based on her perspective, literature, and experience. She relayed articles and podcasts to me throughout our time together which were relevant and especially poignant. She was even able to pick out chapters, ideas, and parts of an article that I should pay particular attention to.
Rebecca was bold enough to call out unproductive behaviors (talking about other people when I should've been talking about myself) and insights she was having (“why do you think you do that?) instead of simply saying what she thought. She made me feel very safe in revealing my truths and historical frameworks which meant we could make great strides relatively quickly. She also uses a generous dose of humor so that the sessions ran the gamut of emotions and remained fresh. Superb.
Rebecca is a great coach. She has a wonderful ability to listen and ask the questions that encourage critical thinking. I worked with her at a pivotal point in my career when I was discouraged and unsure.
After just a few sessions, my direction became more clear and I had more confidence in my abilities to take the necessary next steps.
I would highly recommend Rebecca if you are looking for a coach that listens and creates an environment for personal and professional growth.
Working with you was an extremely eye opening experience for me and I believe something that I will look back on as a milestone/career trajectory shift. I have appreciated your openness with me and the judgement free space.
You are extraordinarily gifted in listening, understanding, and in helping guide me to a path I wanted but couldn't find. I am sincerely grateful for the time I had with you as my coach!
Rebecca and I worked together during an unexpected period of tumult in my career when I suddenly found my role eliminated. She pushed me to believe in myself, to see with real clarity that I’m ready for the next step in my career, and to be bold - challenging me to say things like “I deserve it” and “I earned it”.
It was incredibly helpful to have her as an unbiased sounding board as I was approaching the interview process - thinking through strategies, stories to tell, and helping me build confidence and undoubtedly my performance was better due to her insight, coaching, and support.
