Rebecca’s engaging sessions successfully brought together managers and staff from all levels to focus on their development in a constructive and healthy learning environment.
The subject matter and structure are relevant and spot-on for tapping into one’s leadership styles and digging deep into the ways we engage one another (peers and client) in the workplace. The program helps to uncover the why behind one’s behaviors and actions helping to inform better outcomes for the individual and teams alike.
